I got a lot of compliments on my hair on this day. I used a 1 and 1/2 curling iron..

I curled every section away from my face starting from the root and then working my way down the strand of hair.. BIG WAVES... oh, and dont forget to tease... your hair I mean :D

I was at the Beauty section @ Barnes and Noble and this book caught my eye. I sat down and started skimming through it. Like 45 minutes later, i realized i was reading full pages because everything in it makes perfect sense.

It tells you whats appropriate to wear to anything and everything.  Ex: job interviews, baby showers, even what to wear when you break up with ur boyfriend. There is also many pictures and DOS and DONTS.

Never again will you have the anxiety of what to wear to an event because if you read this book, you will look foward to events so you can put into practice what u learn.

I think its important for every girl to have a celebrity icon to look up to. Whether its how they style their hair, fashion sense, or just admiring their lifestyle. Everyone who knows me knows that i have this obsession (another one) with KimKardashian.
I love the way she dresses, the way she handles herself, and the way you get what you want just by being pretty! Just look at her, you know its hard work looking that good every day. YES ON PURPOSE, U WONT MOVE THEM AND THE LACK OF MOVING THEM WILL AVOID THE CONSTANT WRINKLING


Can it kill you?
YES, IF U HAD LIKE 10,000 WORTHS OF UNITS.THE MOST IVE SEEN INJECTED IS 56 AND ITS LOCAL. BESIDES, IT GOES AWAY IN 3-4 MONTHS. ITS NOT PERMANENT.


What are the common side effects?
POSSIBLE BRUISING. MINOR HEADACHES. VERY RARE IS TO HAVE DROOPING IN THE EYELID (I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS)


Do I have it done?
YES! I love it.Its very natural. Doesnt hurt. makes my face look smoother and will keep me young. I get it on my forehead lines(12 units) and glabella(20 units).  Can be pricey, but the more you wait, the more you'll hate

HaiR always FITS!

So, here is my take on hair. The difference between hair and other BEAUTIFYING protocols is that unlike clothes, HAIR ALWAYS FITS if u take the time to do it. Gaining weight is never an issue. Unlike shoes, you dont feel like throwing them out the car at 4am after a long night of dancing. Unlike makeup, you never run low on "electricity" for your curling iron!



Now I AM in love with my hair, this may seem conceided but if you know me, you know why. I love styling it and ill do research for hours on how to style it better! Of course i have the best stylist in the world (CHAPIS :)   ALE MENDEZ, but damn do i do my best in taking care of it.. AND yes, i do have glued on extensions.

Nude nails are in, no matter what weather, season, or outfit. There is no going wrong with it. It elongated your fingers and gives you a  more mannequin hand like look.  DUH BARBIE!
Now dont get me wrong, light nail polish required alot of maintenance but if you get the shade just right for your skin tone, you will have the classic, glamourous look the models/ celebrities and anyone who matters wears.

Dewy LooK

So I was at work one day with alot of allergies. I figured my eyelids were going to dry up to a point where my eye crean would burn my skin. I used vaseline and kinda overdosed on it on my upper eyelid.  One of the doctors I work for told me "Cool Dewy Look".

WHAT IN THE HELL IS A DEWY LOOK?

Watch and observe:

After some research i found that the dewy look is very simple, can be very cheap to acomplish and its all about having your skin look shiny, freash, and healthy. A certain GLOW to your face.

Immediately i started watching YOUTUBE videos on how to get the DEWY LOOK.

I recommend this for summer for sure and a beach close by would only help.

If you want to do the dew, you must know some tricks. You can give yourself that dewy look that actresses and models flash when they're out in public, and you won't need a professsional makeup artist to work on you.

1. If you have super clear skin, get a glow by applying a sheer tinted moisturizer to your entire face and skipping the powder.
2. Blend a shimmery gel into the apples of your cheeks
3. If you have some things going on with your skin you'd like to hide, apply a liquid foundation to your entire face, and then dust with a shimmer powder. Finish by lightly spritzing your face with a hydrating mist

First thing's first. Skin is without doubt a HUGE sign in vanity. YOU HAVE TOT TAKE CARE OF IT EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
It does not matter if your skin tone is darker and the SUN wont cause you to freckle or burn. There is such thing as actinic damage. (actinic is another word for sun)

Summary:

UVA, which penetrates the skin more deeply than UVB, has long been known to play a major part in skin aging and wrinkling (photoaging)

UVB, the chief cause of skin reddening and sunburn, tends to damage the skin’s more superficial epidermal layers. It plays a key role in the development of skin cancer and a contributory role in tanning and photoaging. Its intensity varies by season, location, and time of day.

SUNCREEN dudes, get a high spf of course but in order to protect your skin from these 2 bad guys u need a physical blocker sunscreen. Titanium Dioxide and zinc oxide are the important ingredients. They totally reflect the sun back without using chemicals.  It used to be that these sunscreens were like diaper cream. Its micronized now. You put it on and u forget u have it on.
